JackBANNISTERPassed away peacefully on the 29th October 2016 at Blackburn Royal Hospital, Jack aged 79 years. A loving Husband, Father, Grandad, Uncle and Brother. A very dear friend to many. Jack will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Service to take place at Rochdale Crematorium on Wednesday 9th November 2016 at 11.50am.
